By accessing or using resources.ashwanth.dev ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The service

This platform allows authorised administrators to create, publish, and distribute lead magnets, and to capture and contact subscribers who request them. Access is limited to individuals granted admin accounts by Ashwanth S.

Subscriber consent

Administrators using this platform agree to:

  • Only send delivery emails to individuals who have submitted a capture form and consented to receive email communications.
  • Include a valid unsubscribe mechanism in every email sent through the platform. The platform provides this automatically.
  • Not use subscriber data for any purpose other than delivering the resource the subscriber requested and communicating with them in a manner consistent with their consent.
  • Not sell, transfer, or share subscriber data with third parties.

Prohibited use

You may not use this platform to:

  • Send unsolicited communications to individuals who have not opted in.
  • Distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, harmful, or that violates any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform.
  • Circumvent security measures or access controls.

Intellectual property

Lead magnet content created on this platform is the property of the administrator who created it. The platform itself, including its design and codebase, is the property of Ashwanth S.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results from using the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashwanth S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms, without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
