This platform is operated by Ashwanth S ("we", "us", or "our"), reachable at me@ashwanth.dev. We publish and distribute lead magnets at resources.ashwanth.dev.
Account information. When you create an admin account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and an optional phone number. This information is used solely to authenticate you and personalise your admin experience.
Subscriber information. When a visitor submits a lead magnet capture form, we collect their first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, and their answers to qualifying questions. This information is used to deliver the requested resource and, where consent is given, to send follow-up communications.
Usage data. We record IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and timestamps when a lead magnet is claimed, when a delivery email is opened or clicked, and when the value page is first accessed. This is used for analytics and fraud prevention only.

By submitting a lead magnet capture form, you consent to receive a single delivery email containing the resource you requested. We do not send unsolicited emails, drip sequences, or promotional campaigns to subscribers through this platform unless they have separately opted in elsewhere.
Every delivery email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately removes you from future communications sent through this platform.
Necessary. Functional cookies required for authentication (set by Supabase), and one cookie that records the cookie choice you made so we do not ask again on every visit. These are always active.
Measurement. If you opt in, we store a first-party visitor identifier and a session identifier in your browser, and use them to count visits and to see which resources are read. This is our own measurement on our own domain. It is not shared with an advertising network and it is not used to track you across other sites.
Marketing. We do not use advertising or ad-targeting cookies.
On the public resources site you are asked before any measurement cookie is set. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Declining removes the identifiers described above and stops further collection.
Subscriber records are retained for as long as the associated lead magnet exists. You may request deletion of your subscriber record at any time by emailing me@ashwanth.dev with the subject line "Data deletion request" and your email address.
Admin account data is retained until the account is deleted.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact me@ashwanth.dev.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date.
